Welcome to the SweetSassyDiva Birthday Blog Hop! We are celebrating Bobbi Jo's (SweetSassyDiva) birthday this weekend March 10th and 11th. Each day will be a new project and be sure to check out the yummy blog candy giveaways.

I am so happy that you could join us for this super fun Blog Hop showcasing Birthday Themed fun!

You will find an array of ideas along the hop and be sure to become a follower and leave some love aka comments along the way.

This is a TWO-Day hop so, be sure to catch both days for maximum celebration and ideas.

If you arrived here from Gaby, you are on the right hopping trail ! If you've just popped in to visit my blog or are reading this via email and would like to join our SweetSassyDiva Birthday Blog hop and FUN then, please start at the beginning with Bobbi Jo's blog SweetSassyDiva because...starting at the start is always SMART! :)

We have a WONDERFUL Grand Prize for one lucky hopper that is donated by Bobbi Jo! It is a cricut cartridge called Sophie.

To be eligible, please visit each blog hop stop leaving a comment also, become a follower at SweetSassyDiva and be sure to leave a comment!

One random winner will be chosen on Wednesday, March 14th, giving you plenty of time to finish the hop.

My project for today is an invitation. My granddaughter is totally taken with the movie Tangled. This is my take on that theme.

I started with the doll, dress and hair from Paper Doll Dress Up. The doll and dress are cut at 3". For the hair, I unlinked the height and width and set the height to 5"

The face is a Peachy Keen stamp. I added glitter gel pen to the hair and white to the dress.

The background is from my rather large collection of clip art from PCrafters ( no longer around :(  ) The artist is Carolee Jones. I printed this twice so I could layer one part of the hill.

The tower is part of the castle from Once Upon a Princess - Cut at 5".  I cut it away from the castle , embossed with the Herringbone folder and sanded it. The ivy is from Paper Doll Dress Up and is cut at 2". I cut the ivy in 2 shades of green.

The sun is from Disney Family. I printed the template, colored it and added some Glitter gel pen.

The you're invited is done on the computer and the inside is a stamp from AC Moore.

I hope I haven't left anything out:)

I have blog candy for you too ! $15.00 Gift Card to the winners choice... Micheals, AC Moore or Hobby Lobby! Please be a follower and leave me a comment, that's it ! I will draw the winner on Wednesday the 14th.

Thank you for checking out my project. I hope that you will become a follower of SweetSassyDiva and leave a comment.
The fun doesn't end here though so be sure to hop on over to Lori and see what she has for you to be amazed by!

And remember to visit all the stops for more chances to win!

Be sure to also check back tomorrow for some more celebration and more chances to win!

I have the hopping order listed below in case you loose your way.
