Halloween Cards

I have always bought holidays cards for my grandkids, but this year since, I forgot to get them, I decided to make them.
My granddaughter is going as Ariel and my grandson is Tigger.
Ariel was easy but I didn't have the right paper for Tigger, so I guess I turned him into a cheetah...
oh well, he's only 8 months old so I don't think he will mind :)

The kids are from Paper Doll Dress Up cut
at 3.5".
The papers are Stampin Up, K&Company and DCWV Safari stack.
The sentiments were done on the computer and punched with Stampin Up punches.
The faces are Peachy Keen stamps and the ribbons are from my 'collection'.
Stickles were added to Ariel 'cause my grandaughter wants glitter on everything :)

Thanks for stopping by.
Please feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think!

  1. Hi Mindy! I LOVE your blog - great job :) These cards are so adorable, I'm sure your grandkids loved them. And I've always wanted to try making the sour cream containers - you made them look so easy to do!

I'm glad you're joining us at Operation Write Home! I love to think about the soldier who will be using one of my cards to write a note home to their family and want to make it my best work. Read some of the messages on their blog and you'll see how much they appreciate the cards, you'll get hooked for sure.

I'm a new follower of your blog - can't wait to see what else you create :) Doris

  2. Yes Mindy's grandkids LOVED their halloween cards! Well, the oldest was at least able to express how much she loved her card. She also let me know that she really liked her brother's card too!!! Tori knows as she is opening the envelope that it is a card made by her Grammie! My Mom is so talented and we look forward to receiving so many more cards from her!!! :)
