I wanted to make something special for my daughters dorm room. I have seen so many wonderful banners that I wanted to try one, too.
I designed the whole project on my Gypsy but had some help choosing the papers.
I used Country Life and happy Hauntings cartridges
the patterend paper is Me and My Big Ideas
and the ribbon was a bundle from Paper Wishes.
I can see a few more of these for the upcoming holidays!

Yay!!! I love your banner!! Did you see the one I did? I used those same penants but I got them off a different cart. I used a font cart I'm trying to think right now there all in the trunk about to go to archivers... geeze...oh well. I love your banner!!! lol!!!
