Todays projects were done for my grandaughters 6th birthday party that will be in May. Because she lives a couple of hours away, I wanted to get these finished and delivered early. I did the invites at home, but used our creating weekend away to do most of the assembly of the treat boxes.
All of the Strawberry Shortcake images came from Here. I printed out 16 sets of their invitations, then cut out the main image and lots of the little flowers. I added gel pen, Stickles and Puffy Paint to give them a little more.. Umph...
The Party Time is from Cutting Up, the strawberry is from Country Life and the inside wording is from Wild Card. I put Glossy Accents on the words and glittered up the edge of the strawberries :)
For the treat box, I used Tags, Bags, Boxes and More,
Nursery Rhyme for the name and Create a Critter for the cupcake. Stampin Up punches were used for the backing of the cupcake and the Strawberry Shortcake logo and the flower.
The papers are Stampin Up and DCWV.
If I have forgotten any details you would like to now, just leave me a comment and I will get them to you .
Oh yea, I made 15 invitations and 25 treat boxes... Thats alot of cutting and pasting :)
As always, thanks for stopping by.

What a huge effort to make all those beautiful cards and boxes, I love a reason to craft! You asked how I made my card background on my blog for the Christmas card entitled JOY.The lighter paper is actually light blue Bazil cardstock and I have repeated a Xmas stamp over and over. If I did it again I would use my new Stampin Up positioner as it would be easier to align and not so messy,I had just eyeballed mine. I think it's a great change from traditional Xmas colours to use the light blue, navy and silver and somewhat classy.
ReplyDeleteYour invitations and treat boxes are adorable! Your granddaughter is going to love them!
